Mr. Vlasic’s litigation experience includes but is not limited to: business contract/tort disputes, shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, real estate disputes, borrower/guarantor disputes, personal injury claims, and post judgment collection/defense.

Mr. Vlasic has successfully represented clients before AAA, JAMS, various Nevada administrative agencies, in Nevada state and federal courts (including in front of the Nevada Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Nevada), and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Mr. Vlasic has obtained multi-million-dollar settlements, injunctive relief and judgments for his clients, and has also successfully defended his clients against the same. Mr. Vlasic’s transactional experience includes but is not limited to: commercial lease negotiation and drafting, real property transactions, entity governing document drafting, LOIs, MOUs, PSAs, non-competition agreements, confidentiality & non-disclosure agreements, start-up consulting, and assisting with business licensing and permitting.
