Brian Sypolt

Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Brian Sypolt moved to Las Vegas to attend the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, graduating cum laude in December 2021. His strong interest in law and business led him to continue his education at the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV, where he earned his Juris Doctor in May 2025.

During law school, Brian gained extensive experience by clerking at several law firms throughout Las Vegas, where he worked on matters spanning both criminal and civil law. His work exposed him to all stages of litigation and transactional practice, including drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, assisting in discovery, and supporting trial preparation. Through these experiences, Brian developed a particular passion for estate and business litigation, areas that allow him to combine strategic thinking with a practical approach to problem-solving.

In 2024, Brian joined Hayes Wakayama Juan as a law clerk, where he sharpened his legal and advocacy skills while gaining hands-on experience in a variety of litigation matters. After passing the Nevada Bar Exam, Brian chose to remain with the firm as an attorney to continue building his litigation and transactional practice under the mentorship of some of Las Vegas’s most respected attorneys. His diverse background in business, law, and client relations provides him with a well-rounded perspective that he applies to every matter he handles.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys an active lifestyle and takes full advantage of Nevada’s diverse outdoor recreation. In the summer, he can be found water skiing, and in the winter, snow skiing. He also enjoys cycling, running, and spending time with family and friends. Dedicated to giving back to the community, Brian regularly volunteers at a variety of local events on weekends and takes pride in serving his community both inside and outside the office.
